Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders.

Research chemicals require strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody protocols. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its integrity and therefore cannot accept returns.

Why We Have This Policy

Our no-refund policy exists for the following reasons:

• Product Integrity: Research peptides are sensitive compounds that must be stored under specific conditions. We cannot verify proper handling once a product has been shipped.
• Contamination Prevention: Accepting returns could introduce contamination risks to our inventory and compromise quality for other customers.
• Regulatory Compliance: Research chemicals are subject to strict regulations that prohibit the resale of previously shipped products.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following circumstances:

• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not open the incorrect item.
• Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In these cases, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed even in these circumstances.

How to Report an Issue

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide your order number
3. Include clear photos of any damage or incorrect items
4. Do not open or use the product in question

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
