Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Our packaging is designed to:
- Maintain product integrity during transit
- Protect temperature-sensitive items
- Ensure secure delivery
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Include apartment/suite numbers if applicable
- Verify address before completing checkout
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package if signature is required
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for a delivery notice
- Wait 24 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
- Contact us if still not found
